Formatting display for printing and viewing reports
A number of reports are available. They were designed to fit
within the printable width of 8 1/2 by 11 paper on most printers. It is
suggested that you try printing the report before making any adjustments. You
can use these instructions to reduce font size for printing, if the report does
not print well on your printer. Although the adjustment could allow all of the
report to fit on one page-width, the online display will be less
attractive.
To adjust fonts using using Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Click View, then click Fonts, then select
Smallest. Note: You may want to try a variety of font sizes and
check the appearance of the table of page in your browser before printing.
To change printer orientation for wide tables (Netscape or
IE):
Click the Print icon or click File then click
Print.
Use the down arrow beside the Name field to select your
printer.
Click the Properties button to view the printer dialog
boxes.
On the Page Setup tab, select Landscape.
Click OK to close the dialog, then click OK to
print.
